Long (Badami)

Badami is another type of long pistachios family. Badami pistachios are similar to Ahmad Aghaei and can be often confused with it. But the main difference is that Badami’s shell is naturally stained and kind of dark in comparison with Ahmad Aghaei. Also the kernel color isn’t as pink as Ahmad Aghaei kernel and in terms of length it is shorter than Ahmadaghaei and particularly its kernel is very similar to almond.  It is normally available in the following sizes:  26-28, 28-30,30-32, 32-34 and +34.
